I provide On-Site Consultations: I offer my professional recommendations and suggestions so you can do the work yourself. You will receive all the information you need to be able to get started right away. This is extremely economical and puts you in control.

On-Site Consultations take anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. The average consultation takes 2 hours.

Staging should occur BEFORE the house is listed, especially in this market. If your property doesn't make a positive impression online, Realtors and Buyers are not going to take the time to see it in person.
